This beautiful Belgian style wild sour ale has been in the works for three years. It started off as a top fermented beer with a malt base and hints of caramel, raisin, molasses and a spicy hop finish. In its final stage it was moved to fresh Pinot barrels and married with raspberries to make a beer with silky malt notes blended with a complex sourness.
